Terms of service use

Welcome to TaiVPS. By registering an account and using Cloud VPS, Hosting, Domain or Reseller services, you commit to read and agree to the following regulations:

1. Regulations on Hosting & Cloud VPS

Customers are fully responsible for the content stored and operated on VPS/Hosting. The following acts are strictly prohibited:

• Sử dụng dịch vụ để tấn công mạng: DDoS, DoS, brute-force, quét cổng, khai thác lỗ hổng hoặc truy cập trái phép.
• Vận hành hoặc phát tán botnet, malware, ransomware, webshell, backdoor, máy chủ C&C trái phép, phishing hay website lừa đảo.
• Vận hành cờ bạc trực tuyến trái phép, spam email/tin nhắn, VPN/proxy/tunnel công cộng hoặc trung chuyển lưu lượng để che giấu hành vi vi phạm.
• Đào tiền ảo trái phép, chạy tiến trình bất thường, chiếm dụng CPU/RAM quá mức hoặc tạo lưu lượng ảnh hưởng hạ tầng dùng chung.
• Lưu trữ, phân phối phần mềm crack, dữ liệu đánh cắp, mã độc, nội dung vi phạm bản quyền hoặc pháp luật.
• Lợi dụng lỗi website, API, thanh toán, giá hoặc số dư để trục lợi.

Xử lý vi phạm: TaiVPS có thể yêu cầu khắc phục, tạm ngưng hoặc thu hồi dịch vụ; vi phạm nghiêm trọng có thể bị khóa ngay không cần báo trước. Với hành vi tấn công, mã độc, phishing, lừa đảo hoặc tái phạm, biện pháp xử lý có thể áp dụng cho toàn bộ tài khoản và các dịch vụ liên quan. Việc mở khóa chỉ được xem xét sau khi khách hàng khắc phục và phối hợp xác minh.

2. Regulations on Domain Names (Domain)

• Tính pháp lý: Customers must provide accurate WHOIS information when registering a domain name. With .VN domain names, customers are responsible for submitting documents according to VNNIC regulations.
• Uniqueness: Domain names are registered on the "first come, first served" principle. No hỗ trợ hoàn tiền after the domain name has been successfully activated on the international/VNNIC system.
• Extend: Customers proactively renew before the expiration date. We are not responsible if the domain name is purchased by a third party due to overdue payment.

3. Regulations for Resellers

• Agents have the right to manage and resell resources to child customers (End-users).
• The agent is responsible for managing the content of the child accounts. If a child customer is found to be in violation, the agent account may be suspended for verification.
• Agents may not counterfeit our trademarks TaiVPS to commit fraudulent acts.

4. Billing, Renewal and Data

• Pre-paid service (Pre-paid). The system will automatically lock after 01 day of expiration permanently delete data After 3-7 days (depending on service) if not renewed.
• Customers are responsible for periodically backing up important data. We are not responsible for compensation in case of data loss due to service overdue or force majeure incidents.

5. Refund Policy

The system only supports refunds to the account balance on the Website in the following cases:
